The Epoxy Interest Group has released a new publication on the use of epoxy-coated bars in bridges.  This brochure is aimed at bridge designers and it covers; Certification and Quality, Use, Fabrication and Field handling, and Corrosion mechanisms.  It also provides examples of bridges that use ECR. If you wish copies of this publication, please contact the Epoxy Interest Group.

The Epoxy Interest Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. David McDonald as Managing Director. In this position, David will be responsible for technical and marketing activities of the Epoxy Interests Group of CRSI. David completed his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at the University of Sydney and has an extensive background in the performance and durability of construction materials. Prior to joining CRSI, he worked with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates in their Materials Division and USG Corp in their Corporate Innovation Center.
